- Largemouth Bass: Stick to creek channels that drop to 7-8 feet. Slow-roll those plastic worms or grubs wherever you spot shad. Downlake, plastic worms are hot, while uplake guys are crushing it with spinnerbaits in the dingy water.
- Crappie: Lots of nice ones around boat docks in coves. Live minnows are the ticket.
The storms might make for some crazy good fishing between systems. Just keep an eye on that sky.
