- Bass: Try Speed Shads and crankbaits in 3-4 feet. Work them with a stop-and-go retrieve.
- Stripers: Look for them around creek mouths and near the dam. Bucktails and live shad are your best bets.
Those winds are going to be tough – might want to stick to protected creeks and coves.
