Three men, all aged 18, have been arrested in connection with several breaking & entering and larcenies in the Lake Gaston Area. The arrests were announced by the Mecklenburg Sheriff's Office which indicates coordination with the authorities in Brunswick and Warren (NC) Counties. More arrests and charges are pending.


Two women were flown via helicopter for medical attention following a dog bite incident that occurred in Bracey last weekend.
