If it rains on Friday, September 2, “Steve Owens and Summertime” will move to the Littleton Community Center, 225 Oak St, Littleton, NC 27850, and play from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. At this time, Saturday, September 3rd’s Festival activities will occur from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. as advertised in downtown Littleton.
